No Attorney-Client Relationship

This website provides information ("Content") from Strategy for information purposes only. This information does not contain legal advice, opinions, or other matters regarding specific facts or circumstances. Neither the transmission and receipt of Content, nor any contact from Strategy as a result of your request for further information, forms an attorney client relationship with Strategy. No use or transmission of any Content provided on this Site gives you a reasonable basis for creation of an attorney client relationship with Strategy. In addition, information or emails sent from this Site to Strategy will not create an attorney-client relationship.

No Confidentiality

STRATEGY MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR SUITABILITY OF ANY OF THE CONTENT.

This Site is a "communication" under Rule 1-400 of the California Rules of Professional Conduct, made by Strategy lawyers who are members of the State Bar of California and address the availability of professional employment. In other states, this Site may be deemed to be an advertisement. If you believe that you reside in a state in which this Site would not comply with applicable law, you should disregard the Site, and contact Strategy directly for further information.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and the State of California without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Santa Clara County, California, USA, or the United States District Court, Northern District of California located in San Jose, California.

If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. Any waiver of these Terms must be made in writing and signed by us and if Strategy fails to enforce any of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver. All of our rights and obligations under these Terms are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise. These Terms do not confer any third party beneficiary rights.
