Hybrid Litigation Paralegal

4+ years of experience – San Jose and/or Danville

If this sounds like you, you could be a great fit to be a Litigation Paralegal working with our litigation team. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, well organized, and extremely strong in following up on pending items and keeping track of deadlines. We are looking for someone friendly and outgoing, professional, punctual, and who can multi-task and prioritize under pressure. Candidates must be proficient with MS Office.

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Salary range is: $80,000 - $110,000

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize court pleadings in state and federal courts, including complaints, motions, briefs, and judicial council forms
• Manage litigation calendars and track deadlines
• Draft motions, complaints, briefs, and other legal documents
• Coordinate with outside vendors for filings, process serving, discovery, and mediation
• Assist with document review, discovery preparation, and case organization

Qualifications: 

• Paralegal Certificate.
• 4+ years of experience assisting litigation teams.
• Able to work in the San Jose or Danville Office.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 yearly
