Senior LLC and Partnership Attorney (10+ years)

Primary Responsibilities

Are you an experienced, personable LLC and Partnership Attorney with a robust background who is looking to work in a positive environment with a firm experiencing strong and sustained growth?  You would be reviewing and advising on LLC and partnership matters, including:

• Formation of entities
• Complex LLC Agreements including experience with preferred returns and waterfalls
• Complex Partnership Agreements including California professional LLPs
• Joint Ventures

Opportunities include:

• Supervising and training associates
• Working and collaborating with other attorneys within the firm as desired on a cross-referral basis
• Actively participate in the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives to promote the business transactions practice including related client updates, blogs, etc.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the State Bar of California
• 10+ years of LLC and partnership experience required
• Motivated, proactive, respectful, friendly, ambitious
