About

Brandon Shelton is a corporate attorney, who has broad experience in emerging companies and venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and IP protection. On the startup financing front, Brandon has led simple SAFE and convertible debt rounds, as well as early- to mid-stage preferred stock financings, which collectively exceeds nine figures in total. Brandon has also guided clients through the more cumbersome regulations surrounding crowdfunding financings. Brandon has also assisted several clients in their equity and asset sales, from the first LOI, through due diligence, and closing. Additionally, having formed dozens (if not hundreds) of companies, Brandon has served as outside general counsel, and prepared various services agreements, sales agreements, terms of service, privacy policies, and a myriad of other ongoing documents needed for his clients’ ongoing operations.
