Caroline Chen has 30 years of legal experience. She assists clients with corporate, international, and individual tax related issues at the federal and state levels.

Caroline is an Associate Professor at the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business at San Jose State University. Prior to San Jose State University, she was an Assistant Clinical Professor at Santa Clara School of Law, and a trial attorney at the Internal Revenue Service for over 12 years.

Caroline is frequently interviewed by Bay Area news media about current tax issues.
