Eric Mogensen has over twenty-five years of both private practice and corporate in-house experience specializing in real estate transactions (including purchase and sale, leasing and financing, representing sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders); mergers and acquisitions (including acquisitions and dispositions of businesses and business units), representing both buyers and sellers; formation of business entities (i.e. corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies); business financing (including equity and debt financing); technology licensing; contract drafting and negotiations and other commercial transactions, with strong background in tax and tax planning for those various transactions.
